Once installed on your device, launch the career evaluator™ and create an account. You can also login with Facebook.
Once you have completed the registration process you can begin the self-assessment. Plan enough time to complete your assessment in one sitting. This should take around 30 minutes. Select any one of seven areas of competency from the app dashboard. To complete the assessment, you will need to complete all seven areas of competency.
You will be asked to use a set of criteria to indicate your self-assessment of knowledge and skill against each area. The criteria can be found in the top right-hand corner of the app where you see the information icon.
On completion you will receive a snapshot of your strengths and development opportunities and you will be able to download a full PDF report of your self-assessment mapped against the competencies and descriptors.

Discuss your results with your manager, mentor or a trusted colleague. You may also find it helpful to ask your manager or colleagues to complete the assessment and rate you against some or all of the competencies. Coming together and comparing their ratings with your self-ratings can provide valuable insight into your level of competency.
