You may view this site and its contents using your web browser and electronically copy and print hard copies of parts of this site solely for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use, including the reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display or performance, of the content of this site is strictly prohibited.

Payment

If paying for a training course by credit card you will be required to pay at the time of registration. If you are paying via invoice full payment is required within seven business days. All registrations must be paid in full before event admission will be granted.

Cancellation and Postponement Policy

Cropley Communication and the Centre for Strategic Communication Excellence understand that circumstances can change. At any time leading up to the training you can substitute someone else from your organisation to attend at no extra charge. Alternatively, a full refund less a $10 per person administration fee will be issued for cancellations received more than five business days prior to an event. No refund will be provided for cancellations received within five business days before the training.

Cropley Communication and the Centre for Strategic Communication Excellence are not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration or cancellation/postponement of a learning event.

Cropley Communication and the Centre for Strategic Communication Excellence shall assume no liability whatsoever in the event a learning event is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to a fortuitous event, Act of God, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that renders performance of the event impracticable, illegal or impossible. For purposes of this clause, a fortuitous event includes, but is not limited to: war, fire, labour strike, extreme weather or other emergency.

Facilitator Substitutions

Cropley Communication and the Centre for Strategic Communication Excellence take care to confirm all expert facilitators at time of first publication. Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control may require substitution of facilitators. Cropley Communication and the Centre for Strategic Communication Excellence reserve the right to modify events as necessary without liability. In the event of such a substitution, any registered delegates will be notified, and marketing materials will be altered to reflect any changes to the event.

Trademarks

This site includes registered trademarks, and other trademarks that are otherwise protected by law. Except as expressly authorised, the use or misuse of any of these trademarks is strictly prohibited. Included Trademarks and Registered Trademarks are Trademarks of their respective owners.
